This beautifully detailed model kit features excellently detailed stonework at the base with a tudor style upper section.
A stone and wood staircase gives access to the building with a balcony on the upper level.
The building can be submerged in water should you wish to add a water wheel and the kit enables you a choice of adding the wheel at the front or rear of the building to suit your layout.
A Footbridge is included should you wish to add a water wheel to the front, as depicted in the example pictures.
Please note a water wheel does not come with this kit.
Included in the kit are written instructions and a recommended colour guide to help you build and paint the model.
